As Lead Support Staff at our 1425 location, Brandi is the warm, cheerful presence that sets the tone for every single visit — and she's been doing it since 2017.

Brandi has a gift for turning ordinary moments into something memorable. She's the one who remembers how you take your drink and has it ready before you even ask, who makes sure your next appointment is already on the books, and who keeps the behind-the-scenes humming so seamlessly that you never notice the effort. Her attention to detail, generosity, and bright energy are the kind of things the whole team — and every guest — quietly relies on. It's no coincidence she's The Fixx's reigning Chaos Coordinator, several years running.
