Because the services she loves most require real commitment, Brystal is equally passionate about setting her guests up for success — with honest conversations about at-home haircare, financial investment, and realistic timelines that protect your hair health every step of the way.

Brystal's story with The Fixx is one of the most inspiring on the team. She joined in 2013 as a front desk team member, believed in the dream from day one, and let the culture and her teammates give her the confidence to pursue her cosmetology license.
