As Chief Operations Officer and General Manager, she is the steady force behind the systems, people, and vision that keep three thriving locations running seamlessly. From strategic hiring and team coaching to data analysis and the occasional (read: frequent) candy break, Araceli brings both precision and personality to everything she does.

Her journey with The Fixx began in 2015 at the front desk of a single location with a team of ten. Over the past decade, she has been instrumental in scaling the company to three locations and a team of 40 — a testament to her leadership, loyalty, and relentless drive.

Araceli holds degrees in Psychology and Marriage & Family Therapy, and she brings that depth of understanding to every interaction. As a Leadership & Wellness Trainer for Summit Salon Business Center, she works with salon companies across the country — helping leaders lead better and teams thrive. Her approach is rooted in integrity, empathy, and actionable goals, always elevating the people around her with compassion and a belief in limitless potential.
