We value your time and want to ensure a seamless experience at The Fixx Hair Studio. To maintain a smooth operation and fair policies for all our clients, we’ve outlined our guidelines regarding cancellations, rescheduling, COVID-19 precautions, child and pet policies, as well as returns and refunds. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these details.

Cancellation Policy

Every appointment is especially reserved for you! As a courtesy to The FIXX, our staff, and clients on the waiting list, we require a 24-hour advance cancellation or reschedule notice. If a last minute cancellation or reschedule occurs, we will require a $47 deposit for future appointments. This will be used as a credit towards your next visit with us, only when you “no show” your appointment or reschedule you are charged the $47 deposit.

ADJUSTMENT Policy

Although we hope you’re always thrilled with your experience at The FIXX, in case we miss the mark with the service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to make an adjustment. Adjustments are scheduled exactly like regular appointments by our guest services manager. The only qualification that we make in providing adjustments is that you call to schedule the adjustment service within three days of the original service. As a teaching salon, we value the opportunity to learn and ask that revisions be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the original service.

COVID Protocols

If you or anyone you in your household is experiencing symptoms relating to Covid-19 (e.g., a cough, fever, upset stomach) or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19, We do ask that you call and reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Children

We request that no extra visitors are in the salon during your appointment unless they have a service scheduled.

Pets

For the safety and comfort of all our customers, only service animals, as defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), are permitted in our establishment. These animals are trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Returns & Refunds

We take great pride in our quality hair care products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund within two weeks of purchase. Any product that are tools and brushes are final sale and non-refundable.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and can be purchased in any denomination and redeemed at all 3 locations.
