Outside the salon, Robby enjoys the discipline and challenge of Jiu Jitsu, which mirrors his dedication to continuous improvement in his professional life. A true crime enthusiast, he loves delving into the mysteries of the world, always seeking the truth and understanding the complexities beneath the surface. Known for his sharp wit, Robby brings humor and a lighthearted spirit to the workplace, making him not only a visionary leader but also a beloved co-worker.

Araceli is the operational heartbeat of The Fixx Hair Studio. As Chief Operations Officer and General Manager, she is the steady force behind the systems, people, and vision that keep three thriving locations running seamlessly. From strategic hiring and team coaching to data analysis and the occasional (read: frequent) candy break, Araceli brings both precision and personality to everything she does.

Her journey with The Fixx began in 2015 at the front desk of a single location with a team of ten. Over the past decade, she has been instrumental in scaling the company to three locations and a team of 40 — a testament to her leadership, loyalty, and relentless drive.

Araceli holds degrees in Psychology and Marriage & Family Therapy, and she brings that depth of understanding to every interaction. As a Leadership & Wellness Trainer for Summit Salon Business Center, she works with salon companies across the country — helping leaders lead better and teams thrive. Her approach is rooted in integrity, empathy, and actionable goals, always elevating the people around her with compassion and a belief in limitless potential.

Trinity is the warm, steady presence that keeps The Fixx running beautifully behind the scenes. As Director of Operations, she oversees everything from front desk training and inventory management to salon flow and the guest experience — ensuring that every visit feels effortless, intentional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. And if you've ever stopped mid-scroll on The Fixx's social media? That's Trinity too.

Trinity's story with The Fixx began in 2019 when she joined the front desk straight out of high school. What started as an entry-level role quickly revealed a natural gift for hospitality, organization, and leadership. She has grown into one of the most essential members of the Dream Team — a reflection of both her dedication and the culture she loves being part of:
