Robby Kinsey is the Chief Innovation Officer and Co-founder of The FIXX. With a passion for pushing boundaries, Robby leads the charge in bringing cutting-edge ideas to his team. His dynamic approach to innovation is fueled by a love for creativity and a deep commitment to enhancing the client experience.

Outside the salon, Robby enjoys the discipline and challenge of Jiu Jitsu, which mirrors his dedication to continuous improvement in his professional life. A true crime enthusiast, he loves delving into the mysteries of the world, always seeking the truth and understanding the complexities beneath the surface. Known for his sharp wit, Robby brings humor and a lighthearted spirit to the workplace, making him not only a visionary leader but also a beloved co-worker.

I’m Araceli and I am an NB native. I’ve been with The FIXX since July of 2015 and cannot tell you how profoundly my life has changed, for the better, as a result. I recently completed my Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy — skills I get to use daily in my role at the salon (& beyond). On the rare occasion I’m not working, I am spending time with my family, reading a book, or watching all things sports (Go Pack Go!). I only drink hot coffee and love spicy anything!

Hi my name's Trinity, I was born and raised here in New Braunfels, Tx! I have been with The Fixx Hair Studio for over two years now. I am our lead support staff at our 1425 location. Currently I am in college working towards my business degree in marketing and finance. I love to spend my free time with my family, friends, and all four of my fur babies.
